Recovery Plan for the Main Hawaiian Islands Insular False Killer Whale Distinct Population Segment

The recovery plan for the Main Hawaiian Islands insular false killer whale will consist of two separate documents: the Species Status Assessment, which will review the biology, ecology, and threats to the species; and the Recovery Plan, which will include objective and measurable recovery criteria, a description of site-specific management actions necessary to conserve the species, estimates of time and costs required to achieve the plan's goals; and the Recovery Implementation Strategy.
