The Telecommunications Division procures enterprise telecommunications services for NOAA corporate and line offices and provides telephone support for the Silver Spring Campus. The Telecommunications Division works closely with our customers to understand their communication needs and expectations. Once the need is understood, details such as scope, cost and timeframe are documented. The work begins using project management processes to track and closely monitor for accuracy and timeliness. This ensures that NOAA's needs and expectations are understood and satisfied.
