NOAA Network Advisory Committee (NAC)

The mission of the Network Advisory Committee (NAC) is the establishment of a commonNOAA network infrastructure though planning, management, and deployment of networkresources. The NAC serves as the principal technical forum for providing management anddirection for the evolution of NOAA’s Enterprise IT networks. The NAC provides technicalguidance and policy recommendations to the CIO Council, supports NOAA-wide developmentprojects, and serves as a review board and a vehicle for technical coordination.
